Can I cancel my order?

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

put the wrong address in for my order, what should I do?

  • We advise you to be extremely care when entering your shipping address, as The Beauty Lounge will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. We advise you to have the same shipping and billing information before placing your order.  

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

  • Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours. However, if you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us via email.

How can I check the status of my order?

  • Please log into your account to check the status of your order. If you do not have an account, please refer to the 'track order' link.

How can I track my package?

  • Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking information. you can track the progress of your order directly on tracking link. 

Do you offer returns?

  • All sales are final. In an event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 72 hours of receipt. Be sure to include photos of the issue and your order confirmation number.

I received an incorrect item in my order, what should I do?

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, so that we can take care of this issue. Please include your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.

What forms of payment do you accept? 

  • We accept online payments via visa, mastercard, american express, afterpay, and PayPal. If you are an international consumer, we also accept local payment providers. You can see a list of other providers when you visit our checkout page.

I was charged twice, what should I do?

  • You will only be charged for what you purchased. If you see duplicate charges, please give it a few days until the issue is resolved.

  • Our servers here at XoXo Beauty Lounge is extremely secure and will deny any transaction that is flagged as potential fraud. Your billing address must match the address for the credit card on file. Your payment may also be declined if the card number, address or zip code is entered incorrectly numerous times. This is put in place to protect both our business and your identity. If you did not receive an email confirmation from XoXo Beauty Lounge confirming your order, your order did NOT process. All pending transactions will fall off your account in 3-10 business days depending on your banking institution. 

How often do you restock?

  • Restock vary depending on the product availability. Join us for email alerts to find out when your favorite products will be back in stock.

Do you offer free samples/gifts?

  • Occasionally, The Beauty Lounge will send a gift with purchase. However, be sure to join us for random surprises, you never know what we will have in store! 

At what temperatures does the products need to be stored?

  • We recommend storing your hair products in cool places.

When should I expect a response after contacting customer service?

  • Typically, we respond to all emails as soon as possible. Our goal is to respond to all customers within 24-48 business hours, excluding holidays and weekends. 

If I place my order today, when will I receive my order?

  • Inventory that’s in stock will ship out within 5-7 days, with a processing time of 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday) from your order date, depending on our order volume. During sales and promotions, orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process, (especially for Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, Valentines, and Cyber Monday) and 8-10 days for delivery. Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, discounts, addresses, cancellations, etc. 

How do I get paid as an affiliate partner?

  • Payments are sent based on tracked referrals through your unique link and code.

Do I get free products?

  • Top ambassadors and active members may receive surprise PR and monthly reward gifts.

Can I swap or change out the products in the bundle deal?

  • The bundle sets are pre-made and cannot be swapped or customized. Each bundle was carefully created to give you the best combination of products that work well together for healthy hair care. If you are interested in individual products, you can always purchase them separately from the website.

Can I use the hair butter and herbal oil on my skin?

  • Yes! Both the hair butter and herbal oil are multipurpose and can be used on your hair and skin. Many customers love using them to help moisturize dry areas like elbows, knees, hands, and feet. The natural ingredients make them great for overall hydration and nourishment.

Can I reuse the herbs?

  • Yes, the herbs can be reused depending on how you choose to use them. Some customers like to repurpose the herbs for DIY hair treatments, scalp rinses, or oil infusions. Just keep in mind that the potency may reduce after the first use, so results may vary with each reuse.

How will I know if I won the giveaway?

  • If you are selected as the winner, you will receive a direct message or email with instructions on how to claim your prize.

How will the winner be selected?

  • Winners are selected fairly from all valid entries. Once chosen, the winner will be contacted directly and announced if applicable.

How often do you host giveaways?

  • Giveaways may happen throughout the year as a way to show appreciation to our supporters and customers, so stay connected through our emails or website for announcements.

Do I have to pay for shipping if I win?

  • Depending on the promotion, shipping may be included or may require a small shipping fee. This will always be clearly stated in the giveaway details.

  • Referrals are tracked through your unique referral link, code, or name associated with your account.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

  • No! You can refer as many people as you like. The more people you refer, the higher your chances of earning rewards.

Do referrals have to make a purchase to count?

  • Yes. A referral counts once the person you referred completes a purchase through your link or code.

Can I participate if I am already a customer?

  • Yes! Existing customers are welcome to participate in the referral program and share the products they already love.

Do I have to use all the products together?

  • No. Each product can be used on its own or as part of a routine depending on what works best for your hair.

What is the best way to use the products together?

  • Many customers start by applying the mask after wash days and in between time apply the herbal oil to the scalp then follow with the hair butter to seal in moisture along the hair strands.

How long does it usually take to see results in hair care routines?

  • Hair care is a journey that takes consistency. Many people start noticing improvements in moisture and manageability first, while long-term results come from maintaining a consistent routine.

Why do customers love the bundle?

  • Customers enjoy the bundle because it allows them to try multiple products that support healthy hair care while saving money compared to buying each item separately.

 

Please be advised before purchasing on the site, once an order is fulfilled and shipped there are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES unless there is a mistake on our behalf. The Beauty Lounge is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. The customer is responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct upon checkout. The Beauty Lounge is subject to verify all orders by requesting proof of payment and a valid ID.

None of this information will be shared under any circumstances. This information is obtained to protect from fraud and fraudulent disputes. In event of fraudulent charges, the customer will be subject to a law enforced hearing upon company losing funds or product the customer will be contacted via shipping address in such case.
